A New Face on the Block

There is a new face around in the Bulldog battalion and his name is Lieutenant Colonel Charles Price.

He is a teacher in the Bulldog Battalion, which is our school’s ROTC program. He attended Morehead State University and earned a bachelor’s degree.
Price served in both training and combat units during time in the service. He was part of a military artillery group.

He was commissioned in 1997 as a Second lieutenant in the field artillery.  He has served in a multiple command and staff leadership positions in the military. He has been a deployed in multiple combat operations such as Operation Iraqi Freedom, Operation Enduring Freedom, Operation United Assistance, and the United States Military Training Mission in the following countries: Iraq, Afghanistan, Liberia and Saudi Arabia.
He has earned multiple awards in his time in the armed services.

He has earned multiple and decorations that include the Combat Action Badge and the Parachutist badge.

LTC Price says he is enjoying being at HCHS. ”Everyone that I have met here has fantastic,” he said.
